Manatee Resort Vanderbilt Beach is a well-located intimate complex and one of the most desired in the Vanderbilt Beach area of Naples. Manatee Resort was built in 1998 with 5 floors and only 19 residences, ranging in size from approximately 2,000 to 2,800 square feet, with private elevators and under building deeded parking.
